If you add the hand-embroidered option, we will contact you at the email provided during checkout to select your personalization details — including lettering style, motif or illustration, and thread color.

Each embroidery is made to order in our atelier and takes approximately 1 week to complete.

In some cases, Casa Oleo work by preorder to ensure limited production, high quality, and sustainability by reducing waste and optimizing resources.

Any stock-available pieces will be dispatched within 2-4 working days.
